Emma & Tom’s make whole fruit juice smoothies, where whole fruits such as mangoes, plums, peaches and berries are crushed, rather than juiced so all of the fleshy goodness goes into the bottle.
FLASH PASTEURISED + COLD FILLED = FRESH & NATURAL
Unlike many hot-filled, stewed fruit juices on the Australian market, Emma & Tom’s whole fruit juice smoothies are flash pasteurised and cold filled. In order to ensure a bacteria-free product the juice is quickly heated for 10 seconds then reduced back to 4 degrees where it stays refrigerated until our customers pick it up from the fridge of their favourite café (just like milk).

Healthy Fruit Juice
As Emma and Tom's fruit juice smoothies include all parts of the fruit, the retain a much higher percentage of the natural benefits of the fruit. Just under the skin of the fruit is where most of the nutrients are found, hence crushing the whole fruit makes for a really healthy fruit juice far more healthy that a squeezed fruit juice. The method of flash pasteurisation of the fruit juice, ensure's that the healthy goodness of the fruit is not lost to the extent it is when juice is pasteurised normally.
Natural Fruit Juice
Emma and Tom's fruit juice is natural fruit juice. The fruit juice is made with whole fruit and not juice concentrate's. It has no preservatives, no added sugar, no artificial flavourings or colours. This is simply an incredibly natural fruit juice, and this is proven as it has a shelf life of 30 day fridge life and is kept refrigerated its entire life. Much like Milk.
